I bought one of these about the time you made the video, but never got around to using it, as my Ender 3 was serving me fine. I finally got around to putting it together the other day. It went together quickly and smoothly. I then plugged it into my laptop, in order to check & adjust / calibrate the e-steps, and, guess what - the computer does not recognize / cannot find / locate the printer. Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas. I am having a similar problem with my Ender 3. The original main board finally gave out, so I replaced it with a BTT SKR Mini E3 v2.0, and guess what - the computer no longer recognizes it either. It was recognized & I was able to communicate with it, when the original Ender board was working, but not with the new one. Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas on this issue also?

First of all, thank you for this video. Bein a Troodon 1 user, I had kinda hoped this machine could be a nice addition. For what I'm seeing now, "it still can be, but not in its current condition". It also kinda shows why "a certain company" seems to take a LOOOOONG time to come up with "a certain machine everyone seems to ask for" : "they" don't want their users to go through this. Still hoping the Marathon will be a good runner for everyone soon though, and if there's something that has significantly improved over the last 2 to 3 months, please do a follow up !

at 24:26 i was able to home it but i had a diffrent kind of screen labels and Icouldnt find disable steppers so if you have this same problem I have please 3d printing canada make a second vid on this

🤕 Ja bis dahin funktioniert mei Drucker auch,danach geht im Druckvorgang nichts mehr! Möglichkeit 1. fehlender startbefehl in der Programierung (keine Ahnung wie ich das beheben soll) 2. unzureichender Arbeitsspeicher auf den NanoPi Board (keine Info welches Board verbaut war im vollfunktionierendem Drucker) 3. alternativ rückbau des Drucker auf Version 1.3, betrieb über PC (ärgere mich über einstellung Drucker gibt Bild auf Maskenmonitor in Positivbild heraus. also ich bin nicht begeistert von "meinem Modell"😡

How do you feed the spool? It's not in the manual nor in this video.

30 thousand acceleration not 3000. They may say they can get 90 mm³/s flow, but what PLA can flow at that rate, I would like to know? As for 1000 mm/s speed, that will depend not just on having material that can achieve the flow, but also on the model - reaching that speed will need long enough straight runs. For many practical models I doubt you will ever get anywhere near it. Did you measure it? Any print profiles included and properly tuned from the box? Did you actually measure noise level with and without silencer at 1m? Build volume is deceptive as a delta cannot reach the same height at the edges as the centre and if youbare printing functional parts with straight edges the plate size is smaller for a square than the specified size (you have to fit the square inside the circle, do 360mm becomes roughly (doing the calc in my head) 285mm square).

question have you try printing a model 330mm in height if you had please show me...other than that not sure your review is been completely honest about this machine

I love it, you should try some different infills so it doesn’t waste as much filliment and it will be much faster, gyroid works best for me
